Thanks for answering my question for a light and bubbly sugar cookie. The recipe you posted is nearly identical to my own so I know this could not be the one I am looking for. Baked results to dense. The cookies I am referring to weigh nearly nothing. They are so light. Hopefully another reader will come up with the recipe. Thanks for all your hard work. I truly appreciate it. and p.s. my name is Berta (not Bertha). Lol. Have a great Easter.

I'd like try a new version and make some kind of "vanilla malt cookies", & other new recipes using these ingredients, and then others as well:

Malted milk powder, vanilla yogurt, cream cheese, unsalted butter, powdered sugar, baking powder, and of course flour bad for you!!), sugar, salt & vanilla flavoring.
