Mama has a recipe for Baby Back Ribs that's lip smackin' good.
If you've ever wondered how to make tender, juicy baby back ribs, wonder no more!
You can use whatever BBQ sauce you want. I like a sweet sauce. My BBQ sauce recipe is very similar to KC Masterpiece. If you'd like to make your own, here's the recipe:
Now for the Ribs:
A lot of folks like to parboil (partially boil) their ribs. I don't like to do that because I think it leaves all of the flavor in the pot of water.
I prefer to use a pressure cooker.
Prepare your ribs by removing the shiny membrane from the back of the ribs.
I cooked these BBQ ribs in my pressure cooker with:
1/2 cup of beef broth
1 medium onion
2 ribs of celery
2 carrots
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of liquid smoke
Brought them up to pressure and cooked them for 45 minutes. Ran the cooker under cold water to bring down the temperature. Coated them in BBQ sauce and finished them on the grill.
Mama hopes you enjoy this Baby Back Ribs Recipe!
