How many people does it serve....approximately? I'm going to make it Sunday for a party.

Well, that's a really good question! It depends upon:

1) How hungry they are.
2) Whether it going to be a "main" dish or one of several side dishes.

If they are not a bunch of "hungry men" and you serve other dishes with it like eggs, bacon and hashbrowns, it should serve roughly e people.
