Fall Off The Bone Ribs

Baby Back Ribs

Looking for a fall off the bone ribs recipe? Look no further! These easy fool-proof ribs are a hit every time.

Here's what you are going to need:
2 Racks Baby Back Ribs (you can use any kind of pork ribs for this)
Your favorite Rib rub
1 (12-ounce) can of Coca-Cola
Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce (or your favorite sauce)
Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil

Here's what you need to do:

Preheat oven to 225° F.

Baby Back Ribs

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.

4th of July Ribs

Pat dry with paper towels.

Best Ribs

Generously season both sides of the ribs with your favorite rub.

Sorry I don't have pictures for this part....I don't know what happened....(I'll be sure to take more pictures the next time I make these.)
Wrap the ribs in heavy duty aluminum foil, sealing up all but one end of the foil. Add 1/2 of a can of the coca-cola to each package of ribs and seal up the foil. Carefully place the ribs on a baking sheet so that the rib bones don't puncture the foil. Bake in the preheated 225° F oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

Baby Back BBQ Ribs

Unwrap, discard coca-cola and foil. Sauce the ribs and finish them off on the grill over indirect heat for about 20 minutes. If the weather is bad or you don't have a grill, you can finish these fall off the bone ribs in a 350° F oven for about 20 minutes.

*Note: Indirect heat means to push your charcoal to one side of the grill or, if you have a gas grill, heat one side of the grill. Cook the ribs on the other side of the grill (if you put the ribs over the open flame, the sugar in your BBQ sauce will cause them to burn.)
