Excellent Gravy Recipe

I didn't use the biscuit recipe but the gravy was great. I substituted butter for the shortening, turkey ham for the bacon, and added a lot of black pepper. Thanks for the great recipe and very clear instructions. I might try the biscuit recipe sometime too.
